  1. Email addresses. We use email addresses to faciliate log in functionality. We may from time to time send transactional emails (such as email confirmations), and if you have ticked the newsletter box we may send other marketing information. We share your email with AWS SES, a third party provider who facilitates email services.
  2. Usernames. Usernames may be shown to other users when accessing the same resource at the same time.
  3. Passwords. We use passwords to facilitate log in servies. Your password is always secured safely on servers managed by Extradimensional hosted by our cloud providers.
  4. Browsing and usage data. We use browsing and usage data to understand how our site is being used. This may help inform business descisions, or help resolve bugs or perfomance issues.
  5. User generated content. When you submit content to this website, it may be shown to other users. We do not share personal information such as passwords or emails. Please do not submit anything you don't want shared with other users!

Third parties are engaged by this website to provide certain functionality. They include:

  1. AWS SES. We use AWS SES for Email functionality
  2. Digital Ocean. Digital Ocean supplies our cloud servers and backups
  3. Simple Analytics. Simple Analytics is used for analytics and tracking.

The security of your data is very important. Our security measures include:

  1. Only making content available over TLS. This ensures your data will remain private while travelling to and from our server.
  2. When stored, your data is secured in databases managed by Extradimensional hosted in the cloud. We only use trusted third parties to store your data. We will ensure access to these third party services remains through this website only.
  3. Passwords, including user passwords and bag passwords, are stored securely by being salted and hashed. This means once you've submitted your password, we don't know what it is. User and bag passwords are managed by this website.

If we become aware that there has been a breach of personal data, we will inform you via email immediately. We take every reasonable precaution to avoid data breaches.

Cookies and tracking technology

This website uses cookies only for authentication purposes, which is an essential use of the website. These cookies may not be rejected.

Tracking is provided by third party service provider Simple Analytics, which does not use cookies. They collect anonymous usage information including country, device type, browser type, and referal codes. They respect Do Not Track directives. You are encouraged to update your browser settings if you do not wished to be tracked in this way.
